Ormond House is a large American style house on 4 acres in the beautiful rolling hills of the Wainui Valley. We are only 35 minutes from Auckland, 50 minutes from the airport and are within easy reach of all the major attractions in the Rodney District and beyond.

The house is set on four acres with a two hole 75 metre fairway with bunkers and pond. There are four large bedrooms each with ensuite and walk in wardrobes. The house has under floor heating throughout.

There is also a very large conservatory at the back of the house.

Guests have free use of the very large fitted oak kitchen. All rooms and rates are inclusive of breakfast with a choice of continental or cooked. There is a large dining room plus lounge and family room for guests to relax. The laundry is fully equipped and free to guests. Internet facilities are also available.

There is a patio at the back of the house plus barbecue so you can enjoy the New Zealand weather.
